VILLA MARIA

Modern villa in Marbella, Spain.

We were lucky enough to be a part of a project of a private residential villa on the southern coast of Spain, in Marbella.

A modern villa, a future summer house for a young Belgian family with children, is located on a hill overlooking the sea. White plaster, concrete, muted palette of warm shades and natural local stone echo the surrounding landscape, allowing the project to blend harmoniously with local development and natural surroundings.

The interior design of the villa, inspired by eco-minimalism and wabi-sabi, combines white walls, natural stone, dark wood and rattan weaves to create a relaxed atmosphere of the southern bungalow. The abundance of natural materials softens the modern and minimalistic space, giving the interior coziness and eclectic flavor.
