Ohra studio designed a villa residence consisting of four flats, spread over 3 floors and organised in a slim brick facade with classic proportions in combination with smooth plaster, glazing in aluminium insulated window frames and generous terraces that adorn this residence in a green environment.

Two 3-bedroom flats, located on the ground floor with a private garden terrace ;

One 3-bedroom flat on the street on the first floor with a large private terrace ;

One 3-bedroom duplex (penthouse) on the ground floor and on the second floor, a large private terrace.
